40 Inch Starry Sky Gradient Number 4 Balloons for 4th Birthday Party Decorations. (4)

The balloons were inflated at Party City. The crowns it came with were not attached but separate (I didn't read the details before purchase). They didn't hold the helium nor did they float. The balloons looked like an S instead of an 8. They seemed to be clear with the polka dots but the pink and aqua were the background. I was expecting it to be shinny outside but clear. They lost air within 1 day already. That's why I'm rating at a 3 because they worked for the event but if I seen it in person before purchase probably wouldn't have bought it.

Very, very cute. But if you plan on using helium it is too heavy and just flips upside down. I spent $30 on a helium tank just for this balloon. So I am very disappointed of how it turned out. I filled both the number and the crown with helium and it still doesn’t stay upright.

It was a great size! Pretty big. The crown came seperate from the number FYI for those who didn't read the description like me. Lol and it was really pretty blown up. My baby girl was obsessed with it.

Balloon came with hole in it. My daughter was so excited to have this for her birthday party to take pics with her friends but we didn’t even get to try to use it :(
