Good stuff to know
This is a book about relationship triangles & i could recognize many that i've been in.It makes it so obvious why some relationships don't work &/or how it's possible to work on important ones we don't want to lose.I've read Charles Whitfield's 'Healing The Child Within' & love it so much that it was hard not to compare that book while reading this one. This has a different style as it's written with 4 other people. However, i like having it on my shelf, & i'll definitely read it again. I highly recommend 'Healing The Child Within' by Charles Whitford for anyone who has suffered childhood abuse of any kind.

More than the title suggests
The books's title promises to help choose peace over conflict in relationships, but it's more than that. It teaches you how to become a more peaceful and enriched person, step by step. When I first started the book and I came across terms like Chakra, triangling, and level 1 conflicts, I thought to myself, "Oh boy, here we go with the psychological babble". However, I found it was worth it to exercise some patience and read on.If you're in an unhealthy relationship, or if you just want to fine tune your life, this is a great guide.Don't try to take all this in in one sitting. There are some complicated concepts in there... but stick with it an find yourself enriched.

This is a Terrific book and I recommend it highly for anyone who wants to explore why they have issues in relationships! This book looks at conflict from a different point of view. It should be required reading for all college psychology programs!

Humility triangulated
Defines humility in a 12 point array of characteristics which is well done. Then he loses it in a seemingly endless dissertation on relationship triangles.

1/4 of book useful
There are many glowing reviews for this book and I am sure that the book helped those persons. However, for anyone who purchased the book to really work on humility and find new insight I would say only the first 1/4 is useful for that purpose.A full 3/4 of the book focuses on relationship 'triangles'. This is basically using a third person to team up against another person. I find this subject, although I am sure academic, not useful to the purpose I purchased the book. Many, many situations requiring humility have nothing to do with triangles. In summary, this book should be called "Triangle Relationships and Humility" to be more accurate. It's discussion of humility itself is meager.

Excellent Content. A book every human being should read. Fantastic.
This book unveils the self in a simple way, that allows readers to identify blockages and hindrences. The result, a free and liberating life for you, whilst truly helping others from a place of personal power. Every helper on the planet should read this book. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. :)

Thoughtful and timely
I have read several books by Charles L. Whitfield. I condsider his books the authority on 'Codependence'. This is an excellent extension of the others. I recommend reading 'Healing the Child Within' and 'Co-Dependence: Healing the Human Condition' before reading this book. This an excellent resource for those seeking truth.

Interesting start
I loved this book for the most part, when the book felt like it was coming from a therapeutic background, have read a lot about drama triangles and this book was very clear and easy to read following this topic, however, I found by the end that the theme started to focus more on a higher power, predominantly God, which put me off instantly.

I was ignorant to conflict triangles until I read this book by Charles Whitfield. Now I am sensitive of their presence and the people within them and this has given me more awareness and how to avoid them.
