Best raw honey ever !!!
This is the best honey ever!! I love it it's so creamy and delicious ...not only is it good in tea and coffee but it also helps with very chapped lips and can be used in cooking... my only complaint is the top is not airtight... I know this because I had a little ant problem one time and they crawled under the lid into the honey ... I have done a workaround by using a mason jar top on the small honey. Dear Wee Bee, please consider using a more air tight top. The price of this honey is a little high but I don't mind spending it ...with all of the problems with pesticides killing off the beep population, I feel good supporting this company. They are probably the most expensive raw honey out there but also the best.

This is very good honey. Today
This is very good honey. Today, unfortunately, the package come broken. The honey was mixed with broken glass. I had to put it in the garbage because I was afraid to use it thinking that broken glasses are inside. In attachment is the photo of this broken package.

The jar should come to you sealed, and on this jar the seal was missing!
Product came with a loose lid and honey was all over the inside of the packaging. The propolis cap was nowhere to be found, and the honey looked and tasted as if it had been tampered with! I am familiar with this product from prior use and this was NOT okay!

Wee Bee .... sounds like the way Wm Shakespeare would begin a sentence. .
I picked up a 1-pound jar of this at my Stop n Shop and absolutely loved it ... so ordered a 2-pounder from amazon (same price, didn't have to lug it home).. and will continue ordering more til the cows come home. or bees... raw honey is SO good for you (check out wee bee's web site for great data and letters from happy customers) but wee bee is made by a few nice folks who have been doing it for years and years and dang it - so very little is made in the good old US of A these days! anyway, i use no sugar and eat no sweets so wee bee stirred into my evening bowl of plain yogurt is the high-light of my day... and yes i ADORE sweets but not the screwed-up blood sugar i get from eating them.. trust me. hey, have i ever lied to you before? nope! buy wee bee and you'll bee glad you did.

I eat to live
Knowing the darker the honey the more nutrients it has, this honey is disappointing (very light in color). The honey's taste is great, however, but that is not the reason I eat it.

Questionable consistency; Delicious albeit expensive
First, let me establish some credibility. My great-grandfather, my grandfather, and my father have all kept bees, so I know a little about real raw honey. For the life of me, I do not understand why anyone would want to heat their honey and rid it of its amazing healthful properties. We have always consumed only raw honey in our family. I avoid buying any honey that has been heated (and most of the time, honey sold in America has been heated). The sellers always assure that the temperature, at which the honey was heated, did not go beyond the point, at which honey begins to lose its medicinal properties. Well, if you google the temperature, beyond which the honey should not be heated, you will see that some recommend not going above 120F, some heat their honey at 140-150F, etc. Here is what Dr. John Skinner, an Extension Apiculturist at the University of Tennessee, states:"Honey should not be heated rapidly, over direct heat. Basically, the hotter you heat it, the more potential for reducing nutritional value. Excessive heat can have detrimental effects on the nutritional value of honey. Heating up to 37°C (98.6 F) causes loss of nearly 200 components, part of which are antibacterial. Heating up to 40°C (104 F) destroys invertase, an important enzyme. Heating up to 50°C (122 F) for more than 48 hours turns the honey into caramel (the most valuable honey sugars become analogous to sugar). Heating honey higher than 140 degrees F for more than 2 hours will cause rapid degradation. Heating honey higher than 160 for any time period will cause rapid degradation and caramelization. Generally any larger temperature fluctuation (10°C is ideal for preservation of ripe honey) causes decay."In other words, if honey has been heated to 98F or higher, it becomes useless to my health. This is why, I always look for honey that has never been heated. If you examine the label of the "Wee Bee Honey," you will see that it states that their honey is "never heated."It appears, however, that they filled the jar with honey using some sort of "airing" technology. The honey's consistency is foamy, which is unusual to me. Real raw honey in my experience, as it crystalizes, becomes very thick and therefore, hard to spread. When it comes to honey, I personally don't care how easily it pours or spreads, all I care about is its amazing healing properties, which are lost during the heating process. To me, honey is not a sweetener or a spread but medicine, and this is exactly what I want to get when I buy honey. The "Wee Bee" honey has a strange "airy" or "foamy" consistency, which is unfamiliar to me.As far as the taste goes, the "Wee Bee" honey is delicious. However, I found that there are cheaper local and/or online alternatives. For example, I found a 32-oz bottle of raw honey at our local health food store for $20.00. I still have some of the "Wee Bee" honey left, but when I am out of honey, I will be searching for a different brand. To sum up: I found Wee Bee honey's taste to be delicious, its consistency to be questionable, and it's price to be very high. I have revised my review based on the comment regarding the rawness of this honey. Again, it does state on the label that "Wee Bee" honey is never heated.
