Great Retrofit Product- Light on Installation Instructions
I have an old pool and the area where the bottom drain cover needs to be fastened is old and cracked. This product is ideal for this condition. The top face has a series of universal fastening positions so I can see how many drain covers would work well with this. The only reason for 4 stars is the install directions were too light. I installed this with my pool full, and more installation details would have saved me time. I took me about 40 trips to the bottom of the pool over 45 minutes, and once I figured it out it took me 10 minutes. The package recomended a visit to the Co's website to watch an instructional video but there was no video (or I couldnt find it and dificult to find instructions is ijust as bad as not having any) and the website quality is poor. Product works. Durable and universal.

A little pricey considering the materials but worth every penny because IT DOES THE JOB EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED! The first worked so well that I bought a second for another drain.
