This was the easiest setup. All you do is scan a QR code, download an app. and connect to your wifi. So simple to setup and use. Great product for the price for sure.

Good view for camera

I highly recommend this amazing camera. I honestly was a little skeptical since it wasn't as expensive as other ones, so I assumed that it wasn't going to be the greatest. But honestly, I loved it! It worked perfectly when caring for my elderly mother. I was able to watch her during work hours, and even communicate with her clearly. If you're considering buying one, please do so, you won't regret it!

I really like the video, sleep schedule and the app.What I didn't like was that after unplugging it, the power plug dislodged inside the unit and I can no longer plug it in.

Very good for the price. You can see everything clear. I bought this specifically for my baby since I work from home I usually am able to check on her and even talk to her through the app.The app is very convenient especially when you are away for a few hours.

Like others said, it stops powering on after a while. it deletes all previous saved recordings after an unspecified time, and will refuse to record and save any more clips regardless of settings. Right now I’m on vacation and the camera has given me nothing but problems. If you plan on using this to watch your pets or have additional home security, PLEASE GO WOTH ANOTHER COMPANY BESIDES VICOHOME. Emailed support who is no help, they just accuse you for incorrectly setting it up or having bad wifi. (Wifi is fully connected according to xfinity) and it has been set up for a while, working for the last 3 days (a new record) then completely becoming useless after that. Don’t trust this company

For the price its a bargain (especially since we received a free 32 Gb Micro sd card with it). The image quality is fine for our needs. It tracks motion well and was easy to set up with the Acesee software. It will record in hdwhich is fine for our needs.

im not by nature a technically inclined person, however i was able to figure out how to install this device and i like the product very much,

I bought this camera as a compact and low cost option for travelling. We just travelled with our dog for the first time and the popular dog camera we have at home was too big to travel with.Once we arrived set up was easy but I was shocked with the picture quality and the 360 views which my current camera doesn’t have. Even the ability to talk 2-way was impressive.Since being home we’ve swapped out our previous dog camera for this one and will be looking to see if there’s an outdoor version that we can use to replace our current driveway camera.

Great functions and Ideas unfortunately this is the second time I have tried a camera that uses "Apps" and wifi. I spent almost 3 hours trying to get the app to work right it worked right over night then wouldn't connect the next day. I uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times and ended up having the same issue over and over. I would not recommend this camera or any other camera that uses Apps for security or as a baby monitor, they are not reliable and crash. If the camera turns off and your at work there is no way to reset it from your phone you physically have to unplug it plug it back in and uninstall reinstall the app. Not user friendly at all. Stick to CTV cameras is my advice that is what I will be buying next.
