great looking work shoes. really sporty
love it already when i got it even though i havent used it for work... it was very light with just a little weight in the front due to its steel toe. It doesn't look like a work shoe but rather sporty and cool.UPDATE: 11/25/2016I've been using this for a week now and it really feels light and comfortable even when working standing or fpr walking... with regards to some review that the steel toe is narrow, what i did was ordered one size bigger than my real size. no problem whatsoever with the said narrow steel toe. But for those with really wide feet, i would suggest either to get 2 size bigger or look for another style/brand.

Good shoe, never lasts too long
My husband uses this style of shoe for work. The steel tow look is so hard to create in a tennis shoe and look good. The aesthetic looks good but we go through a pair every 6 months. Haven't found a pair to last longer. Yes, he is very hard on his shoes. Steel toe does it's job but the shoe isn't very durable.

Buy the shoes. Order your actual size.
Original: First of all, don't listen to these idiots that are saying to buy a size up. I bought a size up, against my intuition, and they're too big. I usually wear a 12, 12 would have been perfect. Second, I'll NEVER make a purchase through Amazon again unless I know for a fact that my order WILL NOT be handled by FedEx. I payed for Saturday shipping because I needed them for work on Monday and they didn't arrive until Monday after I had already left for work. I've had an issue every single time FedEx has been involved. However, AMAZON was amazing and promptly refunded me the shipping costs.THE SHOES: Awesome!! They look great, quality is great, and you can't even tell that they're steel toe! Seriously, bring the tag with you to work so your jerk of a boss doesn't try to bust your stones. They're just as light as regular shoes and even lighter than a pair of hi-top Nike's that I have.EDIT: I returned the size 13's and ordered 12's. They fit perfectly and best of all they arrived when they were supposed to and I don't have to suffer another week with my bulky old boots!Edit #2: I like these shoes so much I’ve ordered a second pair. This was a long time ago and I’ve moves on from them now but I still think they’re great shoes and definitely worth buying if you’re sick of heavy and bulky safety shoes and boots! The company I work for issues a $90 voucher for safety shoes once a year and I actually passed on that and payed out of pocket for a second pair of these shoes because they’re THAT much better than anything you’ll find on a shoe truck or safety shoe website. These are far superior to everything I’ve ever worn from Sketchers to Timberland safety shoes.

I hate steel toes
Although I hate them, this is a nice, lightweight shoe that doesn’t hurt my toes or feet. Most of them are so heavy! You might want to order a half-size up, to allow for thick socks. One thing I really like is that the tongue is a separate piece, and for people with high arches like me, it makes it easier to get your foot in. I am not a fan of those that you have to wriggle your foot in like a sock

Hit or Miss Work Shoe
I have bought these shoes three times over the years. I work as an AV technician and stagehand where a lot of my job is on my feet or around heavy equipment. I shouldn’t be able to call shoes hit or miss but that’s exactly what these shoes are.My first pair lasted forever. Over a year before the heel started breaking down because I was shoving my feet in without untying the shoes. Second pair? Like 4 months and I was careful to always untie them. Heel started breaking down within 8 weeks and I just dealt with the blisters and sores until they were unbearable. This newest pair? I haven’t had them 3 months. The build quality of the inside is shoddy at best. They’re super comfortable and easy to wear for long periods of time, but they just don’t last.Save your money. If you want to buy a cheap shoe, buy a cheap shoe. Don’t pay $100 for something barely worth $40.
