I bought a size 4 or 5 for my granddaughter for Christmas and they fit and are so cute. She loves them.

They may shrink a bit but very little compared to some other brands of clothes I have gotten my daughter. I agree with what others have said; these are good quality. I think these run pretty true to size, average length. It probably won't look huge to go up a size if your granddaughter is tall. Also, I assume you are interested cause you have a Paw Patrol fan. My daughter asks for these all the time and tries to put them on over her other shirts when she sees me folding her laundry. If she likes the show she will probably love getting these from you.
