It comes with a wall charger. Takes 30-1hr 1/2 to charge the battery to 100%. It’s a Li-On type battery, any aftermarket charger can work.

Yes, it’s decent size, smaller than my other sons RC car he got for Christmas from his uncle, camera quality is good. This was bought for my almost 21 year old son
