Is the new bottle not sealed? Just received, box was a bit damaged and bottle is not sealed and not full..have not start to use yet, delivery of the product is skeptical.

Really nice shampoo, makes my hair feel really clean, no residue, reassuring it's not going to stunt my hair growth and I am beginning to feel fuller hair, my edges are beginning to return, only early days but I will be reordering this shampoo. The smell is a little medicated but doesn't linger when rinsed.
