Good rope for 20m pulley
This is a quick review of the Rope King SBN-38500 Solid Braided Nylon Rope 3/8 inch x 500 feet.Good clean tightly braided nylon rope that came on a very nice spool. It is very white and looks to be the right size for a 20m pulley (Rocaris 10 Pcs Stainless Steel Wire Rope Crane Pulley Block M20) having neither gaps nor overlaps.I'm very satisfied with this purchase and wouldn't want to risk getting a lesser quality rope to save a few dollars.Note: 5/16 rope would probably fit just as well for the above mentioned pulley.

Great high quality rope that is durable and sturdy.
The product came exactly as it was described and shown. Came all in one piece. You do have to be careful on how you cut this type of rope as it will fray easily and fast. I put clear shipping tape over the rope where I wanted to cut it and then cut it with heavy duty scissor and I had a very clean cut, then I melted the ends of the rope to seal it. Product did not come damaged at all. Was high quality with no markings, clean (no dust or dirt) and was as white as could be. Easy to handle. I had to cut the rope into 14 pieces that were 40 feet long for a project, so I did a lot of cutting and handling, etc. and had no issues as long as I cut the rope correctly.

So far, so good.
Easy to use. Long term outdoors still to be seen

Good buy. nice soft flexible rope. wooden spoil bolted together
Good rope. I'd still plan on melting the ends some even though it probably wouldn't unravel too far I feel better with my ends melted together. It's Braided tighter than what I got from my hardware store so I'm not sure what some reviews are complaining about. It came on a wooden spoil with 3 long steel bolts that hold it together so again I'm not sure what I've read some complaining about with the spoil. I'm sure if you let the bolts come undone or abuse it it'd be a problem but it seems just as solid as it should for its purpose of holding rope.

Good rope, terrible spool
The rope itself is of wonderful quality and texture. The weave is very nice, and will probably never come undone.Unfortunately, the spool it was on is a lump of crap. It's made of very cheap plastic that broke during shipping, forcing me to untangle a 500 foot mess. With liberal amounts of gorilla glue and duct tape I was able to make it stable and suitable for re-spooling, but I don't think it will be able to handle much stress of any kind.Despite the whole spool issue, I still recommend this. You aren't going to find rope of this quality for this price anywhere else really (especially since it ships free).

This rope looks and feels a lot like a cheaper nylon-polypropylene blend that I got from home ...
One pair of bolts on the wooden spindle popped loose and I was unable to re-thread the nut so hope the spindle reel stays together over time. This rope looks and feels a lot like a cheaper nylon-polypropylene blend that I got from home depot that was very fragile (not abrasion resistant) and quickly got lots of broken strands.I hope this Rope King SBN-38500 Solid Braided Nylon is really 100% nylon as I will be using it at loads that are just below the working load limit of 356 pounds

Some frayed lengths
This is pretty good rope, but the weave is more course than I expected. However, I used around 300 ft of it for a block and tackle to raise an amateur radio (ham radio) tower and antenna. It held up great and was easy to work with. There were some frayed sections on the rope, but they didn't appear to weaken the rope or foul in a pulley. I will consider Rope King for future line purchases.
