I had to send the first one back as it broke within an hour however this seem to be working just fine.I suffer from arthritis in my neck and this is a bit of a god send to me. I look like an old granny wearing it but I don’t care as within a short space of time the heat kicks in and the pain dies down .

Tight muscles and stiff neck so bought this to try. It is very soothing and relaxes the muscles and is very very comfortable to wear. Not too heavy. Wish there was an adapter so you could wear it driving. Good purchase. Stress free life from now on!

I bought this for my mum who has bad arthritis in her neck following a road traffic accident about 15 yrs ago and it has really made a noticeable difference in helping to provide reasonable pain relief.It is very easy to use and has 3 heat settings and an auto switch off after 90 minutes of use, although this is just a safety precaution as you can continue using it for as long as you desire.This not only provides great support for her neck it also remains at a constant temperature which is actually better than having to refill a hot water bottle.It is very nicely made with and she finds it very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time and although it cannot cure arthritis it is most definitely providing great pain relief as she can sit and watch the TV in complete comfort.Great product and a very acceptable price and although I am writing this review my mum gives it 10 out of 10

BOUGHT FOR MY WIFE WHO SUFFERS FROM CERVICAL SPONDULITUS IN HER NECK,SHE HAD PREVIOUSUSED WHEAT BAGS HEATED UP VIA A MICRO WAVE, THIS SHOULDER AND NECK HEATING PAD IS A GODSEND,THE ELECTRICAL CORD IS SUFFICIENT LENGTH TO ALLOW HER TO SIT COMFORTABLY EITHER IN AN ARMCHAIR,SOFA OR IN BED. THE NUMBER 2 SETTING IS AMPLE FOR HER NEEDS,AS PREVIOUSLY STATED BY SEVERAL REVIEWERS,THERE ARE NO HEATING ELEMENTS IN THE NECK PART,HOWEVER THE HEAT TRANSFER IS MORE THAN SUFFICIENT TO GIVE RELIEF,THE FIT IS PERFECT AND COMFORTABLE ,MY WIFE IS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS,MUCH BETTER THAN CONSTANT TRIPS TO THE MICROWAVE.

Heats up beautifully and fits well my only complaint is it needs to be weighted to heat the shoulders better as thats where I have a lot of pain. I put a scarf over the shoulders to hold it down and that works but if there was more weight in it I wouldnt need to do this.I can definitely recommend it as a great heat source in the neck and shoulders.
