Q: Is this UK compatible 3 pin plug 240v please

Hi yes its compatible with uk 3 pin plug. I've used mine a fair few times. Only one concern was I cut myself when I first cleaned it some edges are a but rough this cooks pancakes and drop scones and Welsh cakes beautifully .

it`s a great griddle the burgers are just like a take away. yes just plug into the mains socket. hope this helps.

Q: How should you clean this grill

You are supposed to season it like you would a wok. It should be discoloured (dark) which if done correctly will give you a great non stick surface. It may take a couple of cooks to get that perfect surface. Treat the surface like you would a wok. When cleaning you can use an abrasive scrubber but if you scrub through the seasoning you will need to re-season it.
