I met a person outside of art class. She’d just been for a swim and a run, and I asked her where she was getting all her energy. She said her life coach told her to put Holy Basil in her smoothie every morning, and I could get it on Amazon, too, so I did. I like it. I believe in it so I looked it up on the internet and this is what I found out. In India, it is considered a manifestation of the Divine Mother on Earth, for the benefit of all creation. It provides gentle stimulation to body mind and spirit. Its Ayurvedic use is for stress, anxiety, heart disease, diabetes and dementia. I’m now on my third bottle. It’s subtle, but somehow I feel it is very good for me.

This brand of Holy Basil Extract is excellent. I tried it out and it works well for me. It's easy to take and I can add it to food or drinks. It has a mild flavor, so those who aren't fond of the flavor of the herb won't likely be bothered by the taste of this. Well worth ordering!

I honestly can’t tell it’s doing anything, which is sad. I thought holy basil supposed to be really good

I like that even the glycerin is organic but it should be third party tested for purity. I am confused slightly as other bottles like herbpharm holy basil that say 233mg per 0.7 ml as well and then they have a label that says 0.7ml serving size is 612 mg of extract, so this bottle doesn't list the amount of extract per 1 ml serving. I know the extraction rate consist of 333mg of dry herb but once extracted?
