A little goes a long way, makes everything taste great.

Look reading the reviews I was expecting the devil's farts. I opened it and there's no smell. I dipped a spoon into the car for the faintest of dusting on the spoon and tasted it. It tasted wonderful. It's that egg flavor.It did not smell like sulphur (like a hot springs). When I cooked it my husband did complain the kitchen stunk, but it didn't bother me so much. I plan to add it to turmeric tofu scrambles and "Just egg" vegan egg to amp up the egg-iness. My egg allergic child was so happy to be able to taste what egg flavor is like.

I would say I dislike the price but after sampling the salt it was well worth it

It brings out the best flavor of any food product it is added to. Uses very little for each food flavor when foods are mixed to bring out the flavor of each. Will order every time needed. Best to keep an inventory of two jars. Highly recommend from the gourmet to apprentice chef.

I used the product on fish and also when I was cooking pasta

My daughter reacted from this product. This is the second black salt I have purchased off of Amazon that I am stuck with due to false advertising as "gluten free" then receiving the bottle and discovering no labeling to reassure me and back up that claim. People sensitive to wheat or with a celiac diagnosis PLEASE TAKE CAUTION. My daughter had a celiac attack after ingesting this product.

Immediately upon tasting you'll feel the lack of buttery texture, and worse, the familiar after-taste in the back of your throat reminiscent of cheap table salt. This is nothing more that damp coarse salt. An hour after first trying a pinch I still feel it's nasty effect in the back of my mouth. Save your money, after all its non-returnable!

While your steak is resting, fresh ground pepper and this salt will create an absolutely amazing taste experience. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

Did not need to add very much of French Fleur de Sea to experience the wonderful benefit of flavour.

Wonderful salty salt. Perfect crunch to roasted potatoes. Just a pinch does the job. Highly recommend.
