Upon seeing all of the negative reviews, I was nervous to receive this item. (I purchased before reading them.) this is a good little freezer, lightweight, and so far it does what it is supposed to. After looking at some of the reviews, I think it’s clear that the instructions need to be paid close attention to. You cannot throw a bunch of thawed food in here and expect it to freeze. You cannot put this in a crowded spot with low ability to ventilate, or have it close to any type of heat source. I have not finished filling my freezer up, but am happy with it so far, and will update my review if needed.

We were excited to find a small freezer at a reasonable price. Very disappointed when we got it, plugged it in for 24 hrs and it didn't even get cool! Don't waste your money.

I’ve had this for about 6 months and it has already stopped working. The product worked well in the beginning, but has already stopped freezing things. I still haven’t even removed the plastic cling wrap. The product stayed in the same spot, plugged in securely to an outlet that works. I moved it to multiple other outlets to see if that was the issue, but it is the freezer itself. I am not sure if I have a warranty or not but i definitely expected this product to work for longer than 6 months. This is very disappointing.

warning you not to buy! worked for a few days, and then I went to grab something and all my food was rotting from days of it not working. Totally ruined hundreds of dollars of food I had saved up. Just spend the money on something nicer.

I bought this freezer in December and now everything is starting to thaw out. I’m trying to let it defrost and see if that fixes it, but a chest freezer ought to be able to last longer than 2 months before it needs a defrost cycle.
