Ok I don’t really do reviews which is messed up cuz I heavily depend on people’s reviews to purchase a single thing but I had to remark on this..the playpen is good quality and looks and functions as advertised now with that said..I’m so impressed by the sellers quick response and customer service..I had a small issue that I wasn’t even sure if it was the product or my grandchild because it was a gift but I needed to get replacement for plastic connector..every message was answered pretty much within hours and they sent out replacement and I received it in 2 days!! Wish every product we buy online had their customer service..life would be better!!

The pen is a nice size, big enough to sneak in for some play time with our infant grandson. It’s easy to assemble and disassemble and fits nicely in the carry bag. I would give it 5 stars if the pad was a little thicker.

Gets used often. I really love it. My only complaint is it’s really not portable without taking it all apart so living in a small apartment it gets flipped in its side in the back hall for the night.

I purchased this awhile back and I just put it up because my little one was finally old enough. Just wish it came with the carrying case as described especially for the price. Is there anyway you can send me the carrying case that I didn't receive? I want to use it for camping as well but I have no way to move it from place to place.

I knew the pen was rather large but it was definitely larger than I pictured once it took up space in my living room! This is not a bad thing, I really appreciate the amount of space my three children (4 year old and 6 month old twins) have to play in a safe area away from outlets, wires and random stuff and dirt that gets on the carpet. It's a child sanctuary! I fill it with only safe toys for the twins. They really like being in there and the freedom they have to roll around and not having to be moved. It took me about 40 minutes to set up by myself. I am 29 and able bodied, I put together A LOT of things around my house, but I did break a nail with this one. The directions weren't the most descriptive and were definitely written in another country. The main detail they dont tell you is to begin putting the rods in to build the bottom of the frame and then work your way up. This may be self-explanatory to some and it makes sense in hindsight but the directions did not explain it that way and I started putting the rods in the top of the frame. It seems really sturdy but I'm not really sure what the blue handles are for. So far I'm really happy with it but I can't imagine it being easy to take apart and put back together, wouldnt be something I want to take apart regularly, I think it is best used as a stationary item in a home.

Overall, this product is pretty decent. It was easy enough to put together. The floor pad is not very thick, but that isn't too big of an issue for me. The only real issue that I've had is that the fabric pieces that cover the top plastic connectors do not connect to the Velcro and stay connected. All the flaps repeatedly come undone, so it's very likely that I will have to sew each corner down which will make this not portable any longer. It's a good amount of space for my 3-month-old and I'm looking forward to him growing into it and getting around more..

We love it! It gives my 9 month old a safe place to move, explore, and play. BUT my biggest issue is THERE IS NO PADDING. Yes it does come with a mat that velcros to the bottom of the playpen, which is great, however if you have a wobbler (like me) you will always worry about them hitting their head. I would suggest investing either a mat, a thicker rug, etc. The instructions aren't that great, so I threw them to the side and did it by brain power and common sense. If you have a toddler with no wobbles then don't worry about the padding

Needed a playpen we could move to the patio , living room and out to grandpa's shop!! Perfect size! Love it!
