Pkg comes with two pencils and 8 refills, but do the pencils have refills loaded in them already? if so, how many refills come inside of each pencil.?

Hi Pop,
Great question! Each package includes 2 pencils, and each pencil comes with 8 cartridges pre-loaded inside, with the 8 additional cartridges you can see in the package. So when you purchase one unit of CP216, you'll find it includes a total of 24 tips in all. 
To refill your pencil, the cartridges load individually from the top and you pull it out at the bottom.

Question 3

The description says the pencils are "0.4 x 9.5 x 3.5 inches"   3.5 inches seems wide.  Is each pencil 3.5" or is the package 3.5"?

Those dimensions reference our CP216 in it's packaging. The individual pencils measure 7 and 7/8ths" long by ~13/16ths" by 1/2"

Is there some way to keep the tip from being so wobbly?

Hi Mike,
This is an interesting question!  There are 2 possible solutions: 1) you need to “start over” with a new tip that doesn’t get pushed out too far.  Simply remove the replacement tip, pop off the cap, and push that replacement tip into the pencil just far enough so the next tip comes out.  If you click on the video on the AlwaysSharp’s product page, you’ll see at the end of the video that swapping out tips is pretty easy.  Or 2) the actual graphite tip itself has come loose.  Try giving it a little nudge to make sure it’s securely in place within the plastic part of the tip.
