No. This product is made in the USA, Florida.

No It is a gel. I put it in some of his food. Plus they don't tell you until you buy it but it is cobra venom. I did research it and it is something they are starting to use. It did help my dog with pain after we had to take him off the usual pain meds. Hope this helps.
