Although the join is noticeable when knitting it doesn't bother me and I don't find it catches the yarn anymore than other brands . Definitely value for money.

Makes knitting hats easy.
Only just started using these needles to make hats for premmie babies. They are fiddly to start with as I have a tremor disorder but now they make the knitting very neat with no seams.

Rough surface
The cable on these knitting needles isn't smooth, it has rough edges all the way along that catch on your work, fraying the yarn. The join between the cable and the needles is also not smooth and so you have to manually push your work up onto the needles. Not a functional product.

The needles are not quite the quality of the better known brands. The tips are very long so when knitting there is a tight stretch to pick up the next stitch. Also the bottom of the needles are not smooth, the yarn gets stuck during transition from cord to needle.
