Great kitchen scissors for everything but cutting open packaging
They seem to keep their sharpness and they are great to cut up herbs, certain veggies and chicken etc. I did, though, have issues cutting open packaging and needed to rely on regular scissors. Not a big deal, but something I found interesting. Also, they "look" like damascus steel but is not.

This is not damascus. Does not cut as well as my old way less expensive ones did.
I don’t like that it is a stamped pattern and not Damascus. Misrepresentation!
