Full disclosure at the outset, I never got to use these print cartridges.I ordered a set of inks for a new printer and when they arrived one had leaked into the sealed bag. Having looked at the package inserts I sent a message to Smart Ink (not Amazon) where their rep, Alice, got back to me quickly.However, I couldn't reply right away. After getting home and doing the evening routine I replied at 10 PM thinking I'd see a response the next day. Nope. Alice replied within minutes and helped me understand that I had bought an HP “e” series that will not accept ink cartridges other than those made by HP, i.e. overpriced. No compatible cartridges would work. HP is very sneaky about selling well priced printers that lock you in to a lifetime of buying only their ink. Alice not only issued a refund but gave me instructions on how to revive my old printer that had stopped working. Our communication went past 11 PM. Amazing!You will not be disappointed with Smart Ink.BTW, Smart Ink's web site sells at lower prices than Amazon also with free shipping.And I have absolutely no association with the company nor know anyone there.

I purchased this ink almost a year ago. Unfortunately I wasn’t home to use it. When I trird to install it a couple of days ago my Hp would not accept it. I contacted the service department, Alex was so helpful. My printer had updated since I purchased it the ink.Akex was great! He sent me a replacement at no charge, and it was here in less than 2 days.Very good customer service. Great price.I will buy this again.

I searched my exact printer and it came up. They looked right, fit perfectly. In the pile of papers included it says HP=X. Tried the troubleshooting and text support quickly said sorry you lose no refund because it says no HP, Had to order HP cartridges. Live and learn.

Works perfect, so affordable.USE THE GLOVES! I didn't read the instructions, make sure you let them sit upside down and then open them after they've had some time to settle. Wear the gloves. I didn't read the instructions, opened the black, got it all over. I got the cartridges inserted, they worked perfectly. My printer gave me a warning that they weren't oem and HP cannot guarantee the print quality of remanufactured ink. Guess what, they don't guarantee the print quality of their own ink in any meaningful way. (I used to work for HP selling printers, I warned customers against remanufactured ink.. but it's all BS, nothing wrong with it!)

Does not work with go 8020. Not compatible. But when I contacted smart ink on their website, they were great and helped refund

Excellent quality of ink. Have had issues with my HP accepting these reman's but Smart Ink's customer support is excellent. They step you through the steps necessary to enable non-HP cartridges to affectively run on HP printers.

These cartridges are a good value and work fine. BUT......when the black runs out first, you can't just stop by Stapels and buy a new Black (HP) cartridge and keep on truckin'. In order to print in color, I found that ALL Cartridges must be of the same brand, and I could not find just a Black Smart Ink cartridge to buy, so I had to buy all four again.

Ease to install and affordable!

Used these ink cartridges many times, but last version did not work because of a firmware update on my HP printer. Smart Ink representative was very helpful and send me replacements that should work with new firmware update. When recognized by my printer this ink is great and very cost effective compared to the HP brand.

I purchased your inks several times and had zero problems with them.After some time I removed a brand new set from its package and my HP printer did not accept the ink. A message saying the firmware detected non HP cartridges and refuse to print.After months and months maybe even a year I contacted your customer service explain the situation and within two days I had new ink delivered to my door. Unfortunately I was in a pinch and I ordered some HP cartridges for almost four times the price. But I was reassured by your customer service that if there's any problems at all that they will take care of it.I've never in a long time had customer service like I experienced that day. I'm an old school service technician for over 30 years.I'm frustrated with the service I'm getting almost at every business or organization. It was delightful to find a company that still shares the same old school values that I do.Do what it takes to make things right.I feel confident that the new ink will work no problem.And I don't have to worry because if it doesn't I feel like I'm covered.Think please thank my representative and ultimately the company they work for, for being amazing!

Will not operate on an hp printer. Printer message cloned ink , stop printer from operating. Very frustrating and untimely to say it nicely.

Product is great but their customer service is stellar.They're one of the best companies.

I had issues with the firmware on my printer rejecting the cartridges. Contacted Smart Ink and customer Service rep. Alexa looked after things right away and shipped replacement cartridges with updated chips. Very satisfied
