Ideaprint Portable Tattoo Stencil Printer Wireless Bluetooth Thermal Stencils Compatible with Apple iOS + Android Devices

I love that it came with everything right in the box . The machine is in a bag to put away or keep nice and clean . The printer came with a tester sheet already loaded . It came with a little user manual that was easy to walk through the start up process. It recommends keeping the tester sheet for later use as you need it to jump start the thermal warming process instead of waiting for it to warm up which is great. Not a huge in convenience to me , personally speaking. I was concerned on how well it would print thin micro stencils but so far so good . It comes with two stencil sheets to learn the differences between them to make proper selections. I printed a fine line stencil on a thin thermal sheet and it came out better than my current thermal printer so I’m excited to try thin stencil paper as I didn’t realize it would make a difference. I needed a Bluetooth option as I currently have to pre print stencils at home to then print them on a thermal copier at work which is horrible. So this is awesome. It’s extremely quiet when printing and easy to load. The app doesn’t give you options to resize however my previous printer didn’t either so I would have to manually resize anyway so it doesn’t really make a difference to me. It isn’t difficult to do. All in all , I’m so satisfied with my purchase.

I purchased two of these, one for myself and one for my son. Both work excellently! I love the portability of the machine and when paired with the right paper, prints perfectly! The key is to follow the instructions shared via video exactly as they give them. For resizing your photos, you want to first resize in an app like Photoshop or Procreate. We use both and they work great! In app for the printer you can adjust the contrast and print a mirror image. I would purchase this printer again. Some others require you to print on a regular printer then insert into the thermal printer, this one allows you to print a pic or image straight from you iPhone or iPad. 10/10 recommend!

I purchased this stencil machine. Took hours to connect to the app. Stencil paper wouldn’t feed through to grab end to straighten. Kept bunching up paper in the machine jamming it up. After waisting a dozen transfer papers finally gave up and asked for a refund. Wouldn’t recommend this machine to anyone. Especially after waiting weeks to get it. Such a waste of time. Thank you Amazon for refunding my money. Now to search for a different machine.

It won't connect to my phone or tablet consistently. I really dislike you have to use multiple apps and airdrops in order to get the right size. I also dislike that you can't print directly from photoshop. As an artist, I think this printer has good intentions, but better for someone who doesn't need things to work right away. The printing process has a long way to go, especially on the app side of things. The 2 stencils I finally was able to print both jammed up and then read "connecting printer" and "out of paper".. Also the app got stuck glitching on the search page 3 times in the hour that I was using It.

I would've given it 5 but there's a reason why I didn't...this thing prints great stencils...I've had other machines that don't work if the lines are too thin in the drawing...that problem doesn't exist with this...no matter how small the design or how thin the lines are (with the correct settings) u can achieve the perfect stencil every time "HOWEVER" its the tech side of things that have problems...I sometimes have trouble connecting to it with my iPad and when I do it's a timely process to get it started...I guess I expected a more seemless experience using this as I find myself with a bit of a learning curve to doing this...the more I use it the more I understand the process and the better I am at it although it can sometimes be tedious if I made the stencil too small and I have to repeat the process and I'm already a full hour ahead of schedule

Make sure to get the right stencil paper for your needs. The sample “thin” paper they included in the box worked better than the one I had since I’m doing fine line tattoo. The printing app is a little glitchy, to add a new picture from my phone to the app, I need to restart the app.Otherwise I love this printer for tattoo stencils!

I loved almost everything about this printer for the year and a half that I had it until it broke. It is a little funky going through the print set up (Chinese made) but you get used to it. I wish there was a was to resize the image, but preventative would be preferable, but I doubt they'll change it. Prints clear, usually. Sometimes it seems like the information misleads or something and the design skips a few lines, causing me to have to re-print the image. So, writing this review. I'm realizing that I've always had issues with the printer. It has its perks, but definitely not without its flaws. I want to love it, but with it being broken and the company telling me I have to dish out money to have it replaced or "the can TRY " to fix it... eh. I'm not liking it.
