Is the laptop FHD 1920 x 1080 ?

This fully rugged CF31 Toughbook model has 4:3 format screen with maximum (native) resolution of 1024x768 pixels, it is also a touchscreen. The laptop has HDMI and VGA output ports and can connect to an external monitor or TV to extend the display with higher resolution (VGA output max resolution - 1680x1050 pixels, HDMI output resolution - 1920x1080 pixels).

The best part which is not available on all laptops is that it can support both outputs (monitors) with different display signals simultaneously (you can use different apps at the same time on both external monitors).

In addition, this particular model has built in FULL HD Webcam with auto-focus feature and microphone, it can focus on very close object with great details and revert to far items when the object is removed from the scene.

Please note that those machines are not designed for entertainment, although you can still use it to watch movies, listen music or play some 2D games that doesn't require 3D accelerator.

The fully rugged Panasonic CF31 Toughbook model is designed to be used by the police, the military, the paramedics, the fire department and other organizations in a harsh environment where the rest of the laptops (end user plastic laptops) don't stand a chance to survive, for example in the desert or in very cold weather or even under the rain. The body is built from a special metal alloy (not plastic) that makes it very tough and at the same time relatively light. They have special features that are unique.

One example is the touchpad (also the touchscreen), it is sensitive to pressure (use your finger nail to operate) and not to touch, in the police and in the military they use gloves, you cannot use an end user laptop with gloves, the touchpad will not react.

The laptop is loaded with Win11Pro 64bit which is the default OS (operating system) version for this model/configuration. Unfortunately we cannot change the OS prior shipping since the laptop is already packed and ready in the Amazon fulfillment center and we do not have access to it.

IF you feel comfortable to follow instructions, you can still place your order and when receive the laptop, send a message through the system that you prefer Win10 OS and we will reply with step by step installation instructions for how to reload Win10Pro 64bit with all drivers etc., all previous data on the laptop will be erased and the the OS newly installed.
