This is the cutest canister set I've seen. I have a Coffee Canister that the poor birds tail had been broken so many times that I felt it was time to retire it. Hate to do because I loved it so much. I purchased a different one to start that you wrote on it Coffee or Sugar, but that one had a chip in the top as soon as it arrived and I see why too because the rubber seal just kept flipping up and down taking the cover on and off. So I will be returning. Many reviews gave me the impression that this canister set was going to be a Shabby Chic Style. It is ok that it wasn't. Not one scratch, in perfect condition and the seal on each one will not flip up and down. So it is sure to last. I'm not saying it won't eventually get scratches, and then be a shabby chic, but it is perfectly painted now and the seal will last and too the bird on the canisters are perfect. I planned on just one to take the place of the other I'm sending back, but I figured for not that much more I could use the whole set. So one will be for coffee, one for sugar, one a utility holder and the other I have a lavender plant in that is in a galvanized pot that I can sit into the smaller one. So they will all be utilized and nothing left to waste, all matching which is something to consider because if you buy the one, later the others if available won't necessarily match. I read enough reviews to see that happen to many buyers. Reviews are so important. I highly recommend this set. It is Beautiful, can utilize each piece and the seal is a Nice Quality. In fact if you put the cover on, you can lift it by the bird no problem being shut. Don't try it full of course. I love mine, more than happy I got it and i highly recommended.

These are not only pretty but good quality too. I have them in the cream color which goes well in my kitchen.

They are pretty. The red is nice! 4 stars because one of them won't stay closed. The rooster on top does not look like roosters but the top is nice.

These are well made and appear to be airtight, the better to preserve whatever you choose to put in them. They are cute and add a wisp of character to my kitchen. The aqua blue is seaside soothing.

Good size for storage of food items and very goo sir tight seal to keep contents fresh. Well made, beautiful finish and bell detailed on the pewter like embellishments. Would highly recommend this item.

I collect roosters and I put this item in my kitchen. I really like them
