String perfection!
These strings sound wonderful on my Taylor 214CE. They also have a great feel and are a pleasure to play!

String perfection. Well deserving 5 stars.
The lifespan is beyond remarkable in terms of maintaining that "new strings" clarity and character. These are my new brand for all my guitars. I've played extensively for over 50 years, and as expected played countless string brands. These outshine them all, and there's been MANY tough competitors throughout those years. From Rickenbacker's to Telecasters and Strats, To my Martin and Taylor and Guild acoustics these cover ALL the bases flawlessly. You won't be disappointed.

Easy on the Fingers
I don’t know how they do it, but my regular popular brand strings sounded great but wreaked havoc on my chording fingers. Stringjoy strings are smooth as silk. Maybe even the equivalent effect of nylon strings. All of my acoustics now have Stringjoys. They seem to almost lock in tune. No other strings have come close to the playability of these babies. Trash your current strings and grab some Joys!

Not bad
All those targeted ads got to me finally break down and try a set. Not a fan. They seemed to wear out/go dead within about 7-8 days. Switched back to D'addario XS - sometimes I get 2-3 months use out of those before they need replaced. Also, the Stringjoy seemed like they were triangle shaped as bad as they dug into my fingers at times.

Superior sound
I put a set of the extra light phosphor bronze strings on my Martin guitar and I don't ever remember my guitar sounding as sweet as it does right now. There was an issue where the high E string broke while I restringing the guitar which was strange because I had just made sure the string was taut before I got ready to restring the B string. I immediately got a hold of Stringjoys customer service department, explained what had happened, and they sent me a new string right away, free of charge and no questions asked. With the great sound I'm getting from my guitar, and the awesome customer service I received for my broken string, Stringjoys are the only strings I'll be using from now on.Update: I traded in my Matin for the Taylor 314ce 50th Anniversary Builders Edition about 7 months ago and it was time to change my strings after consistently playing my guitar almost every day or every other day within that 7 month period. After awhile you get accustomed to the sound of the strings and after changing out the strings with these new Fox Woods I was immediately amazed at the sound I was getting out of these strings! Taylor claims to string their new guitars with Elixirs. Was the tone with these Elixirs good?, of course, but it wasn't until I restrung my Taylor with these Fox Woods that I noticed a big difference! The mids are harmonically sweeter and the high E and B strings are more balanced in combination with mids providing a fuller sound than I ever thought possible. Are these strings a little pricey, yeah, but in this case you definitely get what you pay for. Give these strings a try, you won't be disappointed!
