For several years I had an older model BLU phone. I actually owned my first several years ago, liked them, so have gone back to them a few times now. Unfortunately something strange was happening to my old one, started having issues with storage space, it said (although I had a large SD card installed), then the camera stopped working, and then I missed an important phone call, phone never rang. So decided time for a new one.I like the BLU brand, they seem to build a solid phone for a decent price. And this has all the stuff I want. Was thinking that I would like a 5G phone, and really liked the idea of a AMOLED screen. I am not a heavy gamer, so having the fastest chip was not super important to me, most chips would probably do what I wanted to do. It does have two SIM spots, but no place for an SD card, so wanted something with a decent amount of storage (256 is more than my laptop has). In the box it has a wall wart, shorter USB cable, a USB C to headphone jack, and a little SIM card ejector pin (a regular straight pin also works well, if you lose the one they send). It has a screen protector installed on the phone and includes a little case. While it is nice they include a case, the power button does not line up correctly, so the case kind of "sticks out" where the power button is. Not a huge deal, but I did order a new case that will hopefully fit correctly.I am using Mint Mobile on this phone. When I signed into Google and put in the Mint Sim card, I was able to transfer most everything from my old phone over to my new phone. Several apps did require me to log in again on the new device, but that is fine. It does take a bit of time to set up the way you like it, for example setting up your ringtones, notifications. It has a finger print sensor in the front of the phone, and when you pick up and move your phone, or touch the approximate spot where the finger print sensor it, a little finger print shows up on the screen, touch that with one of the fingers you scan when setting it up and in less than a second, the phone is unlocked.It is a slightly older version of Android (Android 11). I am not sure why they didn't go for the latest version, but 11 is good for my use. The last few days it wants to update the software every few hours, it seems. Keep getting notification that phone needs to restart to install updates, so I do. The screen is very bring, very crisp and clear. Part of that is just because my last one was older, this is newer. It does have a curved class front (just the edges are wrapped around a bit) which feels a little different but I will get used to it.Has a lot of cameras, and honestly have not played much with them. I did take a few pictures, and they look very good. Probably not professional quality, but for kids soccer games, taking a few pics at a family event, or even recording a short video, will work fine.For battery life, I am impressed, but again, new phone. I used it about 6.5 hours yesterday (that was what it said the screen was on), turned down the screen brightness some, but surfed the web, played some games, made some calls, listened to some music, took some pictures, sometimes just had the screen on, but was not actively doing anything, and at the end of the day was down to 30%. So for most users, that is probably more than they might use it in a day, but nice to be able to use it without feeling like you need to find a charger. When I did plug it in (using their brick), charging was fast.Last BLU phone I had lasted about 4 years, expect this one to last 3-4 years. May not as long as some name brand phones, but for the price it is certainly a solid phone. Very happy so far.

I wanted to love this product and I do in some of it's features. I've been a BLU fan since 2016 and I have owned many of their flagship models.The bad. The curved screen looks good but makes it glitchy. I have to be very careful when handling it or it will do things I don't want it to do. It will sometimes glitch out for no apparent reason. It's easy to recover by shutting down the apps and restarting, but it is somewhat annoying. No stereo speakers. No NFC, no wireless charging, no Android 12 or 13 for that matter, no memory card slot, no headphone jack, volume control stepping still suks like on previous models, and only a 6.6" screen...why??? I would have paid a bit more to have these things. This is supposed to be a Flagship.The good. Beautiful colors and graphics. Plenty of storage, fingerprint sensor works better than any previous BLU phones, 5G is amazing. It is fast and responsive most of the time. Build quality is excellent. The cameras work very well.

I am an admitted phone snob. I have no problem dishing out a grand on the latest and greatest. Truth is, I needed a cheap device to get me by , I broke my S22 ultra. This phone does not disappoint. It's incredible 😍, and the price point cannot be beat. Watch reviews, read some, then buy this. Don't let the OS scare you. Don't need Android 14. Honestly it's not much of an upgrade but this phone absolutely kills. Get yourself one of these before you can't get them. I would venture to say that these are going fast the n3 isn't even an upgrade over this one so it really depends on how you want the camera to look on the back of your phone if you're willing to spend more money for a nice big round camera array,do it or don't ,it doesn't really matter they're both the same phone and this thing comes with a charging brick , a cable , headphones that are USBC , and also comes with the dongle so that you can use wired headphones. Hey this phone is beyond incredible get it while you can. I cannot recommend this phone enough blue absolutely nailed it they didn't just nail it , they hammered it into the concrete this is a solid device with a beautiful display an amazing camera you will love this phone get it get it now.UPDATE: 10/12/23So I've had the phone for two days. I really don't even care about the micro SD card slot 😔. 256 gigs of storage is enough. It really is. This phone is incredibly sweet. Everything about it is perfect. This device is a winner. Every one thinks it's a high end flag ship device. This phone is a massive update upgrade over almost all midrange price points. It runs and drives like need ⁸⁸⁸

Everything about this phone is horrible! you cant even hold phone without opening apps or misclicking something and fingerprint reader is horrible half the time it doesnt work and boot up time is fast but app loading on start up is not that great and you have to use adpater in order to use wired headphones and have almost a year the phones screen is having major issues so i wont be buying this phone again.
