The kids are obsessed
This replaced my son's backpack. He's obsessed. Keeps him very organized, great for starting 6th grade!! Apparently, all the kids have them. I didn't notice until I noticed lol. But anyway, great purchase. Love the crossbody feature. No complaints from the kiddo.

The BEST customer service
We had an issue with a zipper on my sons binder. I emailed them on a whim just to see if there was anything that could be done since I was still in the return time frame. I wasn't expecting much but just opened a package on my doorstep and it's a brand new replacement binder. I am so impressed with this service. Definitely will continue with this brand from now on.

Perfect for someone on crutches
A student on crutches needed a way to transport work and materials-this was way better than a large bookbag. The cross body strap made it easy for him to carry just what he needed to class, and he could slide it behind him out of way of the crutches.
