Really looking forward to using this Snooper Head unit but constant disconnecting made it awful. Absolutely beautiful 10 inch screen, like using a tablet. Excellent sound . But the speedplay android auto was constantly disconnecting. Plugging in the USB for android auto did nothing . Tried Headunit reloaded & that also kept disconnecting. When using DAB radio app & android auto disconnects & reconnects it cuts the DAB app off. Fitting a head unit like this is meant to make driving safer but you end up spending more time fiddling with the thing. If your looking for plug & play I would avoid this. At this price point I expected better.

I chose the Snooper over the Kenwood as it has an 8" screen, so nicer to look at.I'm extremely happy with it and it was quite easy to install. The power is much better than the factory fitted radio which I did not expect and it does everything better. The DAB radio has more choice and is less prone to dropping out.I use it wired Apple Car Play as wireless just drains the battery too quickly and my phone is charged when I get to my destination.Having on board navigation too is a nice touch so in most instances I just use my phone for music.I would recommend this as a great product and a bargain compared to the Kenwood.

I took a punt on this having only one poor review on Amazon, but I found a few better reviews elsewhere, but not convincing. This is a lower budget version of the well known Alpine Halo system, but it doesn't feel like it. Wireless Apple CarPlay is a great feature, took a bit of working out but once you find the ZLink app it works great. Can be a little slow in connecting sometimes. We've watched movies on, used the DAB (reception ok) and played around with the DSP function which is great for sound quality and people who like a certain sound set up. The sat nav is good. The screen is large but really feels like a modern addition to the van. Not the greatest instruction booklet in the world and I can't seem to sign up for the warranty, apart from that, very good!

Tried this as I was struggling to find stock of the Kenwood or Pioneer unit I wanted. Main reason for purchase was wireless carplay, however the delay/lag on carplay phone call connections made it unusable. I'd ay hello to someone and wouldnt hear their response for another couple of seconds. Shame because it did tick all the boxes.
