One came shattered the other quit working after a few hours. Used a clean rag to screw it in

This product works exactly as described. It's basically just like any other ceramic heat emitter but the face of it turns orange when it is on. This is a great feature because if you have your heater on a thermostat, there is usually no way to know if it is on, or even if it has burnt out. The color change feature lets you know it is on and emitting heat. You can see this in my photo.This would be a five star item but I have deducted a star because of review manipulation. You can see from the reviews that this product page used to be for a totally different product. Then the seller decided to preserve all the reviews but change the product to something completely different. This makes it look like all the previous positive reviews are for the current product, but that is not the case. Very very very shady.I recommend this product but my advice is to try to find the same or similar from another seller who does not abuse the Amazon review system.When deciding on buying something I greatly depend on reviews from others, so I hope this helps you!
