Great looking and sturdy until it wasn't. We really liked this toilet seat until the hinge snapped and broke, right in the middle of the hinge. We are hoping to be able to order a replacement hinge, as we first started using this seat right around Thanksgiving. Disappointed.REVIEW UPDATEThe seller sent me a message after my review. They were nice enough to immediately send us a new replacement toilet seat after we sent photos of the hinge. They were so easy to work with, and we really appreciated the courteous way they treated us and the speed (2 days) to receive the replacement. We would definitely buy from them again.REVIEW UPDATE Unfortunately, we are reviewing this toilet seat once again for the same reason as before. The hinge has broken in the same spot as last time. We don't expect to have you repeatedly sending new hinges each time one breaks, but we would appreciate it if we could purchase a couple of them from you now, to take care of this one now and in case we need another one. 通常のトイレより重くて作りもしっかりしていて高級感があります。ただしおそらくアメリカのトイレの規格向けに作られているようでなかなかこの便座がぴったり使えるトイレは日本にはない気がします。そこが残念です。ぜひ日本向けの規格でも製造して欲しいです。

OMG! I'm ecstatic! Really love the finish along with the hardware giving it more a classy look and totally hiding the screws. Very sturdy & stable. Easy to put on. I have been wanting a dark walnut look to go with my vanity. Couldn't be more please! 😀
