Loved adding this to our Capture the Flag REDUX game
Our family, friends and neighborhood LOVE playing our Capture the Flag REDUX game so we thought the Defenders game could be a fun addition to it! It totally was!! Love that it can be played indoors too and that it’s another fun option that will entice my kids and their friends to get off the couch and up being active together.

Decent quality and soft enough for tagging
I watched videos for the Capture The Flag Redux game that these are an extension for and I can see that if you enjoy that game, these could be good additions that allow you to tag people harmlessly. They are a soft foam wrapped in a plastic wrap that is almost like product shrink-wrapping. They don't seem to be very sturdy though and I can see them getting pretty beat up if being used by older kids or adults. However, I just have them for creative play with my 3 y/o - they work well and look nice at night, but I don't think I would pay almost $20 for these since you can find cheaper alternatives if you don't plan to use them for the game they were intended for.

Good color
Nice foam swords. Good color. Doesn’t hurt when hit making them safe for sword fights. Small kids will love them.

Such a Riot
This was a fun expansion set to Capture the Flag. We love Capture the Flag by itself, but when we saw that we could smack/tag people while playing we thought, why not? Good fun and a great way to tag people!

A Game Extender!
We were disappointed when we received this to learn that it was an extension of a game versus light up swords! We won’t be using it for the game as we don’t own it, so we will just use it for creative play
