These are tasty and good for you. I can't say I have enjoyed pumpkin seeds but I eat the as they are good for you and tolerable. These taste much better for some reason. I actually enjoy snacking on them. No stomach issues with them either. I put a photo as I personally wondered what sprouted seeds would look like.

Quality is great..This was my second purchase..But this received a teared one..When I opened the packet..the seed was everywhere on the floor...But I decided to keep it anyway...

I use pepitas on everything--cereal, salads, indian food etc etc. Raw only. I love the taste and the texture. Used to get them at the local health food store (I live on an island, and there's only one). About the same price as these, and same quality, taste, size. BUT they stopped carrying them, as they were from China (don't know where these are from, & don't care). They started carrying ones from Oregon for more than twice the price! For me, they're a staple, not a luxury. The Oregon ones are a bit darker and longer, but taste the same.These pepitas are great, and for me, a big money saver. I go through a pound in maybe 3 weeks. These arrived about 2 weeks early and are exactly what the photo said . I eat these every day in my yogurt or on top of salads or sometimes by the spoonful as a snack, Yummy !! I have to be careful as some I have seen have been in a workplace that has Shellfish or Crustaceans so would sure Not want those . These are just plain seeds that I don't have to worry about . Order some and enjoy !! 👍
