Given that I only paid $6 for this hat, it's not bad. It's definitely cheap acrylic yarn. The fit is ok, but I don't like the band in the front at all. It's not tacked down. I don't think I will trust this in the washing machine, but I'd imagine you can spot clean it. Overall, not bad for as cheap as it is, but in the future, I'll spend the money for something nicer.

I like that the design is a little different from typical knitted hats. The tongue part comes in handy when it is snowing hard or even raining, as that protects your face. The hat is so roomy that it can cover your ears very well, and is great for winter. I usually dislike wearing knitted hats because they are quite tight so when you take it off you have really static-y hair (or just me?). But because the fit is quite loose (in a good way), there's a lot less static. Overall I'm happy with this purchase!

Love the material great perfuse

The hat itself was warm. However, I bought the hat to keep my ears warm as the flap is suppose to cover the ears and it looked like by the picture that it would fold down to do that. However the flap was smaller than on the picture and was sewn down in the back limiting how much it would go down. I didn't see a way to take out the stitches. So it only partly covered the ears and I have a small head. I bought another hat to replace it. Almost a great winter hat.

I was very excited about this hat, unfortunately it fits uncomfortably due to a lump on the back of it that makes it uncomfortable and loose. I guess I got what I paid. It was too cheap to expect quality.

Hat is warm enough and looks fine, but it's strangely constructed with a kind of knot of fabric right at the back, which means that if you're wearing it with a coat with a collar, it presses into the back of your neck. I'll still use the one I bought, but I won't buy again.

A little big but I love it.

This hat is close to perfect. It fits a little snug, but it also doesn't fall down over my eyes, so that's a plus. Keeps my head and ears warm like a stocking cap, but with style.
