Great value PC with good processing power
This is a great value PC. You get a decent processer with a good amount of RAM and loads of memory for a bargain price. It's true that if you get the lowest cost option the graphics card (GT710 2GB) is entry level but you know this before buying and a high-end graphics card would cost more than the total price of the PC. We later swapped the GT710 2GB graphics card for a GTX 1660 Super 6GB (the highest spec card that the existing motherboard and PSU can accommodate) - you can also buy the PC with this higher spec graphics card at the outset but its cheaper if you buy seperately and fit yourself. We had two minor issues, both resolved with relative ease and not really enough to drop a full star from the rating:1. Only the 256GB soid-state drive was initially visible, we couldn't see the 1TB hard drive although it was fitted. We went through Amazon and got a session with the technical support team who helped us configure the PC so it could see the hard drive (no harware changes required).2. The WiFi comes on a Wi-Fi dongle that plugs in to a USB port, it works OK but it's not the greatest in terms of range. We located the PC 3 rooms away from our WiFi hub and the connection was very flaky. We bought an aternative WiFi donge (£7.99 on Amazon) which had a small external antenna and this provided a very robust link. The computer isn't as advertised
The computer that has arrived is not up to par at all. The sound input and output ports don't work. The power cable apparatus to be second hand. It's not WiFi enabled so we've had to buy a usb adapter for that. It feels like it's a second hand computer built by someone very unprofessional. We contacted the seller and it's almost a month later with lots of promises that they are going to call us but they don't. They just string us along. Total waste of time! Don't buy from this seller

Great PC for budget gaming
Amazing gaming PC works perfectly fine with no issues running games like csgo or valorant although please note this PC will not run big games like any recent COD games or games that run on high graphics. Was delivered with care and arrived quicklyOnly flaw I can think of is the fans are a bit loud but they work great and keep the pc very cool so I dont have a problem with it being loud, especially since ive put mine in the bottom section of my desk. This is a gaming PC but parts inside it like the CPU is on the low end of i7 but any i7 cpu is a really good one.So if you were buying this thinking of upgrading it in the future, the first thing I would upgrade is either the cpu or just adding a bit more RAM.Overall im happy with the price i paid for this and it does everything i wanted it to do and more so i would 100% recommend this for people buying their first gaming pc as it works well all around and can be upgraded but isnt required.

Great pc for standard use, mild gaming too.
This pc is perfectly fine for low level gaming (I Play world of warcraft no problem on 3/4 in the graphic setting) very reasonable price for what you get, and a good starter that you can upgrade and biluild on later if need be but definitely enough to start off.The guys are very good at solving any issues you may have, my only gripe is they are a little slow. So any message took 24 hours to respond to.My pc had a sound issue, which i had solved myself. They arranged for a technician to call me over WhatsApp video. He first said my speakers must be broken but when i showed them working and he agreed its the pc with the issue. Then messaged on a Wednesday to say dpd can deliver collect Thursday if thats ok, if not select another day. I replied within minutes saying yes, they didnt respond til lunch time Thursday saying it will be friday (as i said, good but slow on the response) new pc came and so far has 0 issues.Definitely worth a purchase, just be patient with them on communication.

Good value for money, but not great for gaming.
Will just about run games like valorant or minecraft on the lowest settings possible. Would not recommend for gaming.
