The media could not be loaded.  I’ve been using the product for about a month now and it works great! I’ve seen this unit take a smaller than recommended room from 80% to 40% humidity in approximately 1 hour. Also very quiet, I’m a light sleeper and it doesn’t wake me when cutting on/off in the middle of the night. I love the Smart Control feature which allows the unit to turn on and off at specified humidity levels. A slight complaint is the small size of the built in water tank, which can fill quite fast due to the efficiency of the unit, however it’s no problem to push on the continuous drainage pipe and run it into a five gallon bucket. Overall great product!

I bought this little guy cause my bathroom is so sticky after showers. It’s so quiet and small. Height of a small chair seat. It’s been running for two years non stop like a charm on my favorite setting. It draws moisture even from the next room. It has a hose you can attach so you don’t have to dump it out if you have a drain close by.

I am writing this in early April. I purchased this dehumidifier the preceeding October. I have it in a closed basement space less than 600 sq ft. In the fall it totally failed to keep the humidity at a reasonable level. I set at 40% and it never showed less than 70%. At first I did not plumb it to a drain and I only had to empty the enclosed bucket twice a day, that is how little moisture it was pulling out of the air. After I did plumb it there wasn't much difference until winter, when the outside moisture level dropped. During the winter it did manage to get the humidity below 40% 2-3 times. Usually the humidity was 50+%. Now that it is spring, I will replace it with another unit. A neighbor has one made by GE that is rated for 2500 sq ft in an area that is about 1200 sq ft and open to his house (stairs) and it maintains a humidity below 40%.I have changed my review from 2 stars to 4. I am not using the unit anymore. I purchased a larger unit. However, the larger one has similar problems. While the larger one does bring the humidity down, it has problems keeping it down. I don't know why I am having these problems, but it seems that it isn't entirely due to the unit. I will say that the original unit is quiet and unobtrusive.

I waited until I was sure about this dehumidifier, and now I am I've had 2 others and sent them back, I was not impressed with them. This one is the best.I was shocked at how much water was in the holding tank after just a few hours I had to empty it 4 times the first day.I put it in my RV because it felt so damp and musty .After 3 days it was filling up slower and now has a drier and fresher feel .This dehumidifier is small but mighty and didn't disappoint. I'm very happy with this purchase 👍👍👍p.s.I took the top off the water resivor and its much easier to get back in after you empty it

It fit well in my small house. It is very efficient.

The media could not be loaded.  Works great. I have it on constant running with hose hooked up. If you use the bin it fills pretty quickly this time of year and the alarm goes off. You can't turn the sound off. Wish that was a option. Just running It's not too loud in my opinion.

I am editing this review again. It is now Dec 28th. After multiple texts FROM this company saying they would refund or send a replacement, I have not been refunded or received a replacement they offered... but have gotten more requests to delete my review.I am editing this review. Customer service has reached out to me to offer a refund or replacement for this unit. I'll keep you posted! So far very nice people working there.Purchased on 8/26. Stopped working on 11/14. Big disappointment for what it cost.

No name brand, how good could it be? Surprisingly well built and designed. Compared it to another, and this had a thicker more durable plastic body. It uses a squirrel cage type fan which is the quieter type rather than the axial type found in the other model I considered. I appreciate the sleep mode that dims the lights.Performance wise, it runs about 135 watts which was about twenty watts worse than the other model. It seems to bottoms out at about 60% RH at 65 degF. The water reservoir has a lid on it which prevents splashing when emptying. The reservoir also has a window to see how full the tank is.I ultimately kept this unit because it was the better designed and more user friendly unit.
