Small but useful
Yes this is a small bag but I find it’s the perfect size to carry what I need (insulin, wallet, keys, etc).

Way too small and charging a return fee
Quite frankly did not think it was this small. Pictures do not give you a view of how small it really is. Nothing stated about return policy and charging a return fee. Had I been aware I would never have ordered it. A little larger than a coin purse.
