The instructions are located on the back side of the box in English and other languages. Also, please note that you may have to do the demagnetizing process several times in order to properly demagnetize your mechanical watch. Otherwise, this is a good product to own if you have a mechanical watch collection and they happen to be regularly exposed to magnetic fields, which are everywhere and pop up in surprise areas these days.

Works well would buy it again

This product works, is compact, and simple to operate. It is not intuitive however. I have magnetized some watches while trying to demagnetize them, and by putting a watch that was _not_ magnetized in this device I _created_ beat error that was not present before. The instructions do not go over positioning within or time of exposure when using this item, and I was unable to find any specific product use videos online. After some fiddly trial and error I was able to remove +\-90% of the beat error I created by demagnetizing it again, but this is a tool I should have had more knowledge of before I started experimenting. Item works, but theory of operation isn’t outlined explicitly and misuse can create headaches.

Product arrived as expected. But when I connected and turned it on, nothing happened, just the light indicating that the button was pressed, the coil didn’t work. So I took the risk of losing the warranty and I opened it. So I could saw a very poor quality welding of the wires. I could verify this using a tester. So using a soldiering iron I fixed this bad welding, test the demagnetizer again and now perfectly works. So, bad QA.

I got this for my Tag Heuer Carrera, because I accidentally stored my watch in my drawer next to a magnet. After that I noticed that my watch was no longer accurate. I checked if my watch got magnetized and sure enough it was. This demagnetizer immediately solved my problem! The accuracy has returned. If I had it serviced here in the Philippines, they would have charged me way more than the cost of the demagnetizer.
