Yes, you should get one, or two, or more even. Great gift too.
Very easy kit to use, straight forward and would not be hard to use in an emergency at all. I bought two to have one at home and one in my truck. even comes with a little CPR mask. I appreciate this product, not as a total solution, but a good little stop gap until you can get proper medical treatment.

Good item for piece of mind in snake country.
Compact and much smaller than the picture portrayed. It looks like it will work. My SiL almost died from asnake bite. This would have pulled a lot of the venom from the bite.

No suction cup for fingers
Okay unless you need to use for bee sting on your finger - then there is no suction cup small enough to work on a finger— so you’re out of luck. Other venom extractor kits have a suction cup small enough for fingers so I ended up having to purchase an additional extractor kit. So I would not purchase this kit again unless they improve it to include a smaller suction cup.

MUST USE WITHIN FIRST 2 MINUTES OF BEING BITTEN!.
It works, and it works FAST. Great for anything from a bee-sting to a cobra-bite. However, you MUST USE THIS WITHIN FIRST 2 MINUTES OF BEING BITTEN! Within 5 minutes is not ideal, but will still help. Apply as soon as possible.

Peace of Mind
Luckily, I haven't had an opportunity to use the kit and hope I never do. Happy with the build quality. I have put it on the console in my car. Never know when it may be needed, which offers peace of mind. I gave one to my pool tech because you never know what he might run into. He really appreciated it. Thank you.
