... Both of us are getting some real good use (benefit) from this 'simple' exercise equipment... I thought it would help me with back and some stretching ... my wife isn't into exercising .. she REALLY is enjoying how it feels and the results.:o) our main difficulty is our physical conditioning ... using it almost daily is having good results.If/when you purchase it, be patient as you try it out. Each of us 'felt' more relaxed after each exercise.Totally Unexpected such positive results ...

I use a similar device at the gym, but wanted one at home to help correct my posture. First, it’s made of plastic & foam, so it’s not durable. Second, this one is VERY difficult to set up. It took both myself & my husband pulling on it at the same time to separate it in order to use it. So forget moving it back & forth! Third, the turn knob is not comfortable against my back & doesn’t allow me to hold a good posture position, which also prevents me from doing stretches with it. So, basically, this device doesn’t help me with my posture issues at all, & it was a waste of money. A dollar store broom would work better & cost much less!

It’s easy to use but you have to keep it available and use it anytime you can and it does help posture

Great idea, but having it show up, thrown in a box with no instructions made me think it was returned and resold. In the short video is mentions something about arrows, of which there are none. A xerox copy of a couple of positions would have been very helpful. If you are ordering this product, please have very low expectations

Sticks came in a box that looked repackaged several times. No instruction, no protective wrap and is much smaller than it appears in the advertisement. This product is worthless!
