I absolutely love this coaster!! It's very pretty and sturdy! I bought it for my office and it's the perfect addition. The color isn't dull yet it isn't "in your face" lavender. I also like how the coaster has a cork bottom making it easy to absorb condensation instead of messing up my desk as well as it doesn't slide when I set my cup down. A simple wipe down is all it takes to clean.. I will be ordering another set for home.

Gold not as vibrant as expecting
I don't know about the absorbance of the product, since I did not use before returning. The picture advertised made the gold seem vibrant, but in person it is dull. I was hoping it would match a painting that I have in my office.
