Fits loosely compared to OEM part but seems to work
Original part fit snugly and even had a rubber O-ring to help seal it.In comparison, this part just "drops" into place.No difference otherwise in how it appears to function.

So clean filter replacement
Works great bought backups so I can replace it sooner than later. It's recommended every 6 months but I replace it every 3 because I use my CPAP every night and when I take a nap. Have not had a sinus infection in years since using so clean machine. It's nice to be able to get cartridges online.

Picture makes it look like 2 filters are included.

It does not fit soclean 2
I really doubt being super loose will do any good. A round tube into a square hole.Even the knock off Chinese ones fit properly.I thought I'd give it a chance since made in Mexico.
