PLEASE DONT BUYI recently purchased this diary for gift bags (x10) and all of the guests said the lock broke.I’d like to provide some constructive feedback regarding its quality. While the design and layout are appealing, I encountered issue with the lock mechanism and the overall durability of the diary.The lock on the diary proved to be quite flimsy and broke after a short period of use, rendering it ineffective in providing the security I expected.I believe there's ample room for improvement in the locking mechanism's design and the overall build quality to ensure a more reliable and durable product.I hope this feedback can contribute to enhancing the quality of your product for future customers.

Although the journal itself is good, the lined paper is nice, and the cover is pretty, pink and soft, the heart shaped lock broke upon opening it.If you're looking for a cute diary with a working lock and key this isn't it. if you don't care about the lock and key, this journal is ideal.Took a picture of the damage, however outside of the U.S., I am unable to post my picture here.Gave a two star because the pen works, and the paper and cover are nice
