Great for tiny mouths
I had purchased another brand, and although it helped a bit, the bite was off and was way too big for my mouth. I did more research and found VitalSleep Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece Women Size. Being an ex-dental assistant, I knew how to process it and make it fit perfectly. I have a very long, soft palette that requires surgery; however, the side effects from surgery and the fact it rarely works were not an option. My O2 stats during the day are around 96/97%; however, when sleeping it drops to 88/89%, and I snore like a grizzly bear in heat. I started using VitalSleep, and after a couple of days, my O2 during sleep is now 93%, and ZERO snoring, which makes hubby VERY happy. I finally feel rested.I also had an issue and reached out to VitaSleep, and their customer service was wonderful. I will most certainly keep doing business with them.

Very uncomfortable, lots of drooling
I was hopeful when I ordered this product. I had hoped it would be the ideal travel device in lieu of more expensive ones. I followed the directions and fit it to my mouth. It felt tight but ok, not unlike mouth guards for martial arts like I had used before. My first night, I made it about two hours and took them out. While I don't think I was snoring, my jaw started to ache. The next night, I tried to keep them in longer. My lower jaw hurt even more and it felt like one of my teeth was more painful than the other. Then, on the third night, I woke up in a puddle of drool, jaw still hurting and I realized I had wasted $60. It didn't work for me and I don't think I'm going to try any further. Lesson learned. Also, I'll share two more things. The little arrow for orientation is damn near impossible to find in the dark and I wonder if the lack of a tongue brace like other brands is part of the problem. I wish I had better luck with it.

Limited usefulness
In theory, this type of product addresses snoring. In practice, it can't do much. If you snore because you lay on your back and are "slack-jawed," then this probably won't help. While you are upright, you can nestle your teeth into the trays. But when you lay on your back, your lower jaw will slide out of the tray. Nothing holds it into place. Gravity wins. The product itself is of a semi-comfortable width, and it seems to be of good quality. That's why I gave it 3 stars. But it doesn't hold your lower jaw forward while laying on your back, so it has no impact on snoring.

Worked on the first night
I have very bad allergies and when I get any sort of sinus illness, I know I can wake up the neighbors! Definitely worth the money, although it is a bit uncomfortable to sleep with. it feels like it is half out of your mouth the whole time. Plus I am partially paralyzed on one side of my mouth from a stroke so the "slurping" is now the issue or drool on my face. Not gonna hold it against the product, those are my devils to deal with. So if you want to sound like Shelly on South Park, go ahead. Maybe you won't but uncomfortably of it is the reason for the 4 star. But it does work on snoring

This is smaller than the standard one-size-fits-all
When forming this to your bite/mouth, you have to bite on the small ridge in the middle of the blue part, not closer to the white edge. Otherwise it won't work. This unit changed my life. It's even a little big for my smallish mouth, (so the one-sizers are way too huge for me). But it keeps me from not breathing while sleeping. I don't have the problem of it slipping out if I'm on my back, but I bought a cheap chin strap just in case. It is so worth it to not have to use a cpap machine, which I cannot comply with. My condition is mild, so I can't get the implant either. This has been the perfect solution for me. I'm also a person who grinds their teeth, but at this time I can't say how long this unit lasts, as I've only had it a little over a week.

it could not stay tight in the mouth at night
i have one from another brand and feel it is too large for me. and looking for one which is smaller. I was glad to see this is for women. but sadly say the size is same as my current one or even a little bit bigger at the rear side. ..an update after trying a night. it is comfortable because it is a bit thinner. still good to go.This is the review after two more nights testing. The mouthguard could not be stayed tight in the mouth, I have tried to remould to see any improvement. sadly not. So disappointed.

Just didn't work for me due to comfort issue
While I didn't snore, as promised, I was unable to wear the device without discomfort. The service was exceptional, and the refund was given without any problem. Good company to work with, and I just wish I could have used the device. It was an easy setup and had good quality.

Great alternative to cpap.
Great alternative to cpap. I could not sleep with cpap, tried this and it works. I use Autosleep app which detects/records snoring, coughing, etc and when I use it I usually have zero minutes of snoring. I also am using invisalign and I buy another one about 2 more times while I'm on invisalign, it molds right over the aligners. Only downside is it makes you breathe through your mouth, mouth gets dry and I get phlegmy during the night.
