I was disappointed with this toilet seat for a few reasons. While the lid stays put when in the upright position, not so the seat itself. This has a tendency to fall down unless it's held open and kept there by hand for around 10 seconds. Also disappointing is what is described as quick release. This needs an allen key (supplied) but there is no button to do the job. And finally the soft close is good until it's about 90 per cent closed and then for the final 10 per cent it drops like a stone making a noisy clunk.On the good side, the seat and lid themselves are of good quality and they have a good spray finish on them. The hinges are heavyweight and appear well finished as well but only time will tell.

Excellent customer service when I lost a bolt inside toilet. Sent a new set of fittings by return. Toilet seat is very nice and very easy to fit for someone with no experience. Video link on instructions makes it very clear. Would buy again from this supplier without a doubt.

Dreadful. Much glossier finish than shown in image and the quality was so poor. Came loose multiple times in the first month. Have since discarded and replaced with a similar-price point variation that has been infinitely better. Avoid.
