The wife is recovering from back surgery. This chair is very comfortable. Adjustable lumbar support, which is rare, is a feature of this chair. We had shopped around. Other chairs with lumbar support were three times the cost or more. I assembled the chair by myself in less than 30 minutes; very easy. Motors are smooth and quiet. This is a quality chair. We highly recommend it.

Quick delivery but the pieces came days apart. I am 54 1/4 and 170 lbs, my feet are just at the end of the foot rest, which comes up exactly high enough . The seat is a good width. It is pretty comfortable. I bought it to lay flat and sleep in after an upcoming surgery, I think it will be ok for that, except for a space the width of my hand between the seat and back when laying flat (see picture with remote of space). The little pillow that comes with it covers that spot if you can get it behind you and it feels supportive, even laying on my side. Do NOT keep the lumbar support deployed when you lay it flat, or it feels like a board in your back. In the uptight position the lumbar support feels great. It’s easy to put together, except sliding the ear rests on, which took me about 20 tries. I’m overall satisfied and happy with my purchase.

The chair works well so far and is comfortable. Customer service is exceptional; There was a bit of a problem with the order when we first received it, I emailed the seller several times and Dora always replied right away, and resolved the problem. I highly recommend the chair and the seller.

Bought this model stand support chair due to the lumbar support option and the lay flat ability. The lumbar support really doesn't make it more comfortable, imo. I wish the legs elevated more and the two worse things is it needs brakes on the wheels as it easily slides backwards and the remote control is so confusing that even after a month I might still choose the wrong button. I will say their customer service was good as they quickly responded to an email about the set up. Fairly easy to put together. In retrospect, I would rather have a chair with heat and massage. It does lift as it should.

We were nervous to order a lift chair online but this one offered separate controls for your back and legs and that was appealing. We received the chair. Nice looking. Easy to assemble. Worked great for a few weeks then the leg lift part of the chair quit working. I was upset that I could not find a phone number for this company but I did email them with my problem. Surprisingly to me they answered right away even over the weekend. They pin pointed the problem. They sent me a new remote right away that was very easy to change out and now we are back in action. I’m very impressed with their response. Dora was so helpful and responsive and we do love the chair. I would recommend this chair and this company.

I had a hard time choosing recliner. I actually chose this seat because of the description of 23" wide seat. It is actually only 20" wide on the seat section. Very deceptive. Seat is firm.Fabric is comfortable. Just tight if you're one to have your dogs sitting with youLumbar support is alittle high

I bought this for my husband who recently had surgery and could not get up out of a chair easily. My dad already had one and the customer service is amazing. He had an issue with the control and they promptly sent him a new one and its been perfect since. Which is why I bought this chair for my home. It looks classy, is well made, and works as advertised.

These sellers are unbelievably amazing to work with. Any questions you may have are answered within about 12 hours by email. They totally, especially Dora, bend over backwards and go to any lengths to help their customers. The chair came early, was easy to put together, and super comfortable.
