Q: Does this come with no inner seal and only one side tape on the outside?

Thank you for choosing Optimum Nutrition. As long as there was a seal around the outside of the container, the product is perfectly safe to use. The paper flap on the inside of the container is not a heat-treated seal to the jar and is meant to come off. Ninety percent of the time, it will be within the lid of the container when you open it. It is there simply to help further contain the whey while it settles during shipment. The surefire way to know if something has been tampered with is if the outside plastic seal is off of the container.

Q: How much sugar in this? I know the non-electrolytes one doesn’t have any sugar but can’t seem to find it mentioned for this one.

There is zero sugar in a 2-scoop serving of the powder.
