A bargain game for loads of fun
A game for 3-8 people where you have to guess a word based on clues from a partner. The clues can be other words, or drawings, so it really works for people's strengths and can mix up different approaches to making clues. It is for 14+ although older teenagers might find it easier, and the scoring can get complicating. The guessing can be really funny though, as people giving the clues think they are being really obvious but the guessers just can't work out what the word is!For less than £5 (at current price) this is a really great value game.

A good fun party game for many players
This is a fun game that reminded me of Spyfall, if you have ever played that :)Each player gets a scoring board, drawing board, and pen. There are 8 of each, meaning you can have 8 players play - which is a good number for a game, as many are limited to 4-6.You then create a pile of word cards equal to the number of players; then add 2 if you have an even number of players or 1 if you have an odd number. Shuffle the cards, remove 2 if you have an even number of players or 1 if you have an odd number and then hand one card to each player. That's the setup of a round complete. Onto how each round is played...Each player now secretly looks at the word on the card and the idea is for each person to draw or write something on their board that is obvious enough for any other player with the same word to put two-and-two together, but difficult enough for other players not to guess any link between what you've drawn/written and what the other person has draw/written. Of course, you will also need to rely on the other person's clue (should there be another player with the same word) being obvious enough for you to guess. That's not it though. You then use the scoreboard to guess whether you or other people were alone and whether you or other people were in teams. There's points up for grabs for any links that are confirmed or individuals you correctly guess were playing solo. That's the end of the round and everyone reveals their scoreboards and you begin going through and adding up points. The fun is in the absurdity of the drawings people do or the words they think are obvious, but are completely obscure. Equally fun is when someone is sure there's a link, but there's actually no link at all! There's sure to be lots of shocks, teasing and laughing. It's a perfect example of a party game and we've had great fun with it so far.

An enjoyable drawing and guessing game ...
Partners in Crime is a very enjoyable drawing and guessing game. it's very easy to learn how to play and I think it's suitable for anyone over the age of 12.The idea is that you need to identify the person you're partnered with i.e another player with the same word that you have. In every game there will be another person with the same words as you.Once the shuffling and dealing has finished ... each player looks at their word card and then tries to draw something that let's the other player with the same word as them realise that they are their partner. Here is the tricky bit ... your drawing mustn't be so obvious that the other players who are not your partner can get it.The scoring in this game is quite confusing as many other reviewers have mentioned. I needed to read the instruction to couple of times I got the hang of itAll in all a very good fun game perfect for groups of people, parties and gatherings.Recommended.

So, so , so much fun! Just watch the video for scoring as the instructions are terrible!
The “Partners In Crime” game is an addictively fun drawing and guessing game, somewhat akin to Pictionary although with more fun and hilarity involved.First off, this is honestly an absolutely brilliant game! The entire family loves playing this. It’s absolutely suitable from say twelve-years-old upwards. I have twelve-year-old twins, and they think it’s one of the best games. The rules are really simple. It takes just a few minutes to understand the rules and realise the clever subtlety required to play the game well. Furthermore, using your best poker face and keeping EVERYTHING close to your chest is essential for a win.The game is so much about knowing how the others’ brains work. How they think outside of the box. The clues they’ll leave for their partner in crime. The only slight drawback about the game is the scoring. Surely there’s a better and simpler way to explain the scoring than how they worded it within the “How to score” section?! Luckily there’s a QR code on this page which links to a video which explains the scoring much better than the instruction manual.Aside from the ridiculously articulated decision tree – the rest of the game is absolutely superb. It’s so much fun playing with friends and family and all ages can really enjoy it. Furthermore, the more people who you can play it with the better – as you then get multiple partners in crime to guess…and a load of different sketches….which usually creates hilarious results!

A lot of fun and a good challenge!
I didn’t think this game would be as fun as it is! The resources that come with it are of great quality and look amazing - everything you need is in the box, including the whiteboards and markers. To play, you get a word (this word can be shared with another player or you can be the only person with that word), then you draw that word. HOWEVER! You can’t be obvious, but it has to be related enough so your partner (if you have one) knows that you two are working together - that’s the fun part! Trying to figure out what everyone’s else’s drawings are and whether they're teamed up with someone else is hilarious. Most people playing were teenagers and adults but we did also have a 9 year old play, and his drawings were arguably better than the rest of us and so so funny. The only thing that was a little difficult was the scoring but we had the scoring card out at all times and asked the questions on there to everyone - understood it after 3 rounds! You need a lot of sneaky creativity and a poker face to do well but I would very easily recommend! It’s now a family favourite.

So fun! Quick to learn
Brought this game to the lake house to play with all my family and friends and boy did we have a blast. It's so fun.Essentially, if you had 8 players let's say, you remove 10 cards (5 pairs) from the deck. You then shuffle them and remove two.Everyone looks at their own card but doesn't share it with others. You begin your drawing and the first to finish flips the timer. All other players then have 30 seconds to complete theirs. You can choose to either draw something related to your word, or write a word that is related. For example if you had the word sushi, you might draw a fish or write the word chopsticks on your card. The idea is that IF you have a partner (ie if someone else has the other card with the same word), they will be able to tell that you have the same card, but others at the table won't know. You have to guess who has the matching cards and who might not have a matching card at the table. The scoring is a bit difficult but essentially just follow the yes/no questions on the instructions. The cards themselves are thick and coated with a very protective plastic. It comes with dry erase markers and scoring boards as well as a doodle board. It says 8 players max but that is just because the box comes with 8 doodle boards and 8 scoring cards. If you wanted you could play with 20 people and just deal accordingly, draw on paper and keep your score on a separate paper.I highly recommend this game. It took nothing to get started and get the hang of it and it's good for kids and adults.

Fun Game for a Group of 6
My family loves games and this one didn't disappoint. Played with a group ranging from 15 to 80 and all enjoyed. Not hard to learn although the scoring is a little confusing. Recommend!

Super Fun and Easy to Learn
This game is way more fun than I was ever expecting it would be. It's a fairly simple concept where you and your friends are all drawing one picture (or writing one word) to represent the word that you are given. Afterwards, you must all silently guess whether the word you were given matches up with anybody else, as well as any other potential matches among the other players. Then you get scored based on how well you guessed. As such, the game highly rewards players that can think creatively and quickly because you want to be just obvious enough for your potential hidden partner but not for anybody else. The rounds go by quick enough that it doesn't take forever to get into the swing of things. The game has a great flow to it and it doesn't feel like you're ever stopping playing for very long. The cards and the items included in the box are all perfectly acceptable quality and work well enough to ensure that gameplay isn't held up due to poor quality pieces.I had an absolute blast playing this with 3 other people, and I imagine it'll only get more fun with even more people. If you're looking for a new game for your game night, this could be a fantastic option!

Isn't a Crime Game, It is a Subtle Communications Game
Here is how you play. You select cards from the play pile--2 more cards than the number of players. Each player takes a card, a score card, and a small white board with pen. You draw or write a word on your white board related to what is on the card you drew (every one keeps their card hidden). The idea is that you write a word that someone else will understand that has the same card as you (the cards come in pairs). The details on the play and scoring are in the photos. Essentially, you get points if you can communicate what your card is with the other person who has a card with the same word on it. If you guess what other people have in relation to the other players you get more points.Game is quick to learn, easy to play. Scoring criteria can be a little confusing at first but the play is very easy to understand. Full game to 17 points lasts 20-30 minutes. Played with ages 10-48 no problem. Young teens were easily able to lead the game. Parents were beaten:)

Incredibly fun and well thought out!
This is a really fun game! Can take it anywhere including dinner. The game is very easy to play, well thought out (eraser and marker together, small player board placed in a visually intuitive way, etc), and its so competitive. Definitely worth buying!
