In the world of printers and inks, this brand performs very well. Crisp and clear color and at a fairly reasonable price.

The product worked great! No streaking or issues with printing quality. Out logo is water-color-esque and we've had no issues so far and are weeks into using the product on a 10+x/day basis.

The first time I ordered from here I received the 802xl cartridges and they worked great. The second time, I simply reordered the same product from my previous orders. I received T802xl cartridges. I didn't notice as I didn't try using them until I needed them. I try to keep extras on hand for the sake of convenience. The T802xl cartridges are NOT compatible with my WorkForce Pro WF-4720. I tried installing several times, to no avail. Plus, of course, the return/exchange window has closed.If you purchase, be sure to check immediately upon receipt or you'll be out your money. I wish I'd known.Now I'm hesitant to order from here again because of the product numbers.

I liked how quickly the order came. The overall quality of the product is good. It fit my printer with no issues. Within seconds, was up and printing. Definitely would buy again.

My Epson WF-4720 would not accept these cartridges. I reinstalled over and over, restarted, reinstalled, didn't fool this printer.

This product worked in my Workforce printer. Some other generic ink cartridges have not. So far great value.
