UPF 50+ Women's Devi Long Sleeve Fitness T-Shirt - Sun Protective

This company makes great products. Rash guards are always sized/meant to be worn snug to the body. I do not subscribe to that school. I wear a womans 18/ xl or xxl/1x/44D. I sized up to a 3x, and am very happy i did. Fit is a loose to my thigh, more of a coverup that I can swim in if i want to vs a traditional rashguard fit which should be fitted to the skin - exactly what I wanted. The cut is such that the shoulders are not at all droopy either. Sleeves are long for me but thats totally OK as I just push them up. The color is a beautiful light carribean turquoise. I dont know how I ended up with such a great price for this color/size but it was far less than the list price. Thanks Amazon!

Whatever your reason for needing or wanting sun protective clothing, this brand is awesome. I have a mild sun allergy in addition to my ginger fabulousness, so sun protection is extremely important to me when I go outside. I bought this shirt for a fishing trip to the Gulf Coast in Texas, and it performed exactly as I needed it to. It kept me protected from the sun but also kept me cool. The hand covers are a benefit I didn't even know I would love so much. We play disc golf, and I wear this shirt for that activity as well. It moves very well, doesn't feel binding at all. The little pocket is good for carrying a roll of dog poo bags or a car key, but I found putting my phone in it to be annoying. I intend to buy several more so I don't wear this one out prematurely. Highly recommend!

I followed the size guide, and got the XL, which is larger than I would like. For reference, I’m 5’2”, 175lbs, with a medium-sized bust and long torso. Otherwise, I like it. It’s comfortable, that’s for sure. The Aura blue heather has held up well through many wearing and washes.

UPDATE (July 2021): 50+ washes later, I still love this shirt! I wash it on cold or lukewarm and hang to dry -- it dries quickly!ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have wanted to try Coolibar clothing for years, but the price scared me off. Plus, I couldn't imagine wearing a long-sleeve shirt in hot humid weather. Now after wearing the Devi a few times, I'm only kicking myself for not buying it sooner! I absolutely LOVE this shirt. I have put it to the test in the blazing sun ridiculous humidity of 100+ degrees Texas heat, and just have to say: I don't know by what magic this shirt can still be comfortable, but it is. I am astonished.I tried Coolibar's Match Point Henley shirt as well, but the Devi has a better fit for me and is more flattering. I like that the Devi has a bit of shape to it and a straight hem line across the bottom instead of the curved line of the Match Point Henley. (Ironic given the name, because I wanted a sun protection shirt first for tennis -- but the Devi ends up being a little longer since the bottom doesn't curve, so the shirt keeps my midriff covered better for active tennis play.) The Active Athlon fabric is the best and even though I normally am drenched in sweat with playing for a few hours, this fabric honestly keeps me cooler than my usual wicking short-sleeved shirts.The coverings for the hands with the thumb holes are perfect. While I'm actively playing tennis I don't use the thumb holes, but the end of the sleeves scrunch a bit to sit perfectly at my wrists and you can't even see the thumb holes then. But for when I'm sitting around between a match, I definitely like having the thumb hole option for sure!Coolibar, if you're reading this, the Devi is PERFECT! Please don't change a thing -- except to add in some new colors! I adore the charcoal heather and black is always a winner, but I find some of your other colors and the stripes (on this and other shirts) to be unappealing. Maybe it's time for a nice heather purple or some jewel tone heathers? :)

I bought this shirt in white to wear while running, walking and hiking. I have fair skin and not only do I tire of bathing in sunscreen to step outside, I often still wind up with a minor burn and I can feel my skin "baking in the sun." I put this on to go for an hour-long walk last night at 8 pm when it was 88 degrees with 13% humidity, a light breeze, and pockets of shade since the sun was fairly low. It's not as cool as a tank top, but it is only marginally warmer.The fit is overall very nice. Others have said it flares at the bottom and that is definitely not true for me. I'm 5'11 and 150 lbs, and have almost no curves and it fit great over the hips. I bought a medium. Sadly, I have a small "spare tire," so now I'm tempted to get one in large as well when I want a looser fit.The sleeves worked great, I really liked the high crew neck (not my usual preference, but my neck/chest is especially sensitive to the sun), and the pocket is fabulous. Although I agree with others that the slanted zipper is a little awkward. The ventilated underarms are fabulous. The logos on the shirt are minimal and not overbearing. The white is not truly opaque (but also nowhere near sheer), and I wore a black sports bra under it. Not a daytime look, but totally fine for being outdoors exercising.Overall, I would recommend the shirt to others and plan to buy more products from Coolibar!Update 6/13/20: I did upgrade to the large a few months later, which was a better fit. The white does have some transparency to it so expect that everyone will see your sport's bra. Today I ordered another in blue. I really do love the sun protection this offers and it's a great quality. I also have two of the shawls and the square bandana.

I’ve been hearing about this brand for years and knew it was one of the best for sun protection. I needed it to be lightweight because I live in Arizona and was traveling to the Mediterranean. It was great for hiking. Looks great with shorts and workout pants.I’m 5’7 135 lbs and purchased a small.

I like the shirt and the fit. The thing I don't like about it is that it has a small emblem on the front and a long logo on the back. I had planned to get it screened printed, so couldn't use it for that. I now wear it under my screen printed shirt.

I love this shirt. So comfy and it fits me perfectly. The material is quite breathable and it’s pretty enough to wear out, it’s not just for working out outdoors. Very happy with my purchase!
