Wait hear me out
In my honest opinion all powdered milk is awful yet this is better than most. The company was also smart enough to send a sample pack with the package so I could try it without opening the can. The flavor was good but as with all powdered milk the lack of fat makes it fall flat, but it will be a nice addition to my stores.

Can't tell the difference
I like to make chowders and cream based sauces so I use a lot of milk. I mixed this powdered milk up and had it in the fridge. My family used it for cereal and shakes and reported it taste like the milk we use everyday. I think having it cold is helpful.
